Refund and Returns Policy
Return Policies
We accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:
- Items with a manufacturer seal must remain unopened.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customers must contact Glow and Grow prior to returning a product if they have a change of heart after receiving it.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated once your returned product is received back at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team. Upon approval, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund any loss in value of the returned products if the loss results from unnecessary handling.
